Suter Brook Village is a neighborhood made up of multi-use buildings ranging from residential towers, low rise condos and townhomes to commercial units for shops, cafes, financial institutions and office space. The surveying of this development was complex, involving conventional subdivision plans and air space plans to create title for the residential and commercial components, with one plan creating 13 air space parcels. The street system is located on top of a large parking structure which supplies the majority of parking for the development. This required volumetric rights-of-way for access throughout the village. Each air space parcel was either subdivided by strata plan or defined by leasehold plans. The common facilities are located within an air space parcel and its use is designated by legal agreements.

When complete, the development will consist of four residential towers, five low raise condo buildings, two commercial towers, townhomes and street level commercial and retail outlets.
